Nick brings more than a decade of experience in multi-housing investment banking and real estate advisory, with a track record that spans acquisitions, capital markets, and transactional leadership across the Midwest. His career includes more than eleven years in multi-housing investment banking, followed by senior roles at Bel Real Estate Advisors where he advised on complex dispositions, structured transactions, and long-term portfolio strategy for private investors and family offices.

Most recently, he served as Managing Director at GREA, leading deal execution and market coverage while overseeing client relationships across institutional and private capital sources. His work has contributed to successful closings across a wide range of multifamily and mixed-use assets.

Now operating independently, he brings disciplined underwriting, deep regional market knowledge, and a relationship-driven approach that supports Solvanta’s advisory and investment initiatives.
